THANKS GOD IT’S FINALLY WEEKEND!
You guys must be wondering why am I so excited! Of course I am! because it is Saturday! It means I can have something more special to eat for lunch!
Today, I choose to having Sichuan Hotpot for lunch, the famous and much-sought-after super spicy cuisine. This is one of my favourite meals during my study here because I love the sultry heat of male-style peppercorn sauces combined with a delicious diversity of culinary ingredients :9
In here, you can choose exactly what you want to eat, from the meat and vegetables to the sauces spicy levels. The control is entirely in your hands! First, head to the vegetable section to choose your greens in a bowl and head to meat section to choose your favourite meat in the second bowl.
After done choosing, take your raw food to the counter and tell the staff which spicy sauces you want them to serve it with, there are 3 spicy sauces which are Spicy Fragrant, Spicy Dynamic and Spicy Extreme. Also, they have non-spicy sauce which is Unique Platters. Usually I would go with Spicy Dynamic since the mala is more igniting.
The food is charged based on the weight of the ingredients. Vegetable is at RM 3.90 per 100g, while meat / seafood is at RM 5.99 per 100g.

After waiting for a while, My bowl finally arrived. Actually, I shared the bowl with my friend, so it’s quite a lot. We ordered a bowl of rice and a Maggie noodle that overall cost us at RM 45.00. The Dynamic fragrant flavour already sufficient to make my friend break a sweat. Well, for me I really loved it.
