SunGym is a place for people to workout and burn their calories effectively. It is filled with almost fully equipped gears and classes are also available for those who want to join, where there will be a trainer to train you for a more intense training session. Mostly people who uses the gym is students that live nearby or study in Sunway.

The gym freak can finally experience a complete set of gym equipment in Sun Gym which is located at Sun-U Residence and just beside the university building. The membership fee for the gym is RM 180 for 3 months and is still considerable due to the good services provided at the gym. You can apply and register online through the Sunway website if you are interested in joining. So for Sunway students or future students of Sunway, what are you waiting for? Time to burn those cals!!

For school area, the gym is considered not bad since the equipment is efficiently complete.

Here is the class rooms. Every classes will take place in here with different time for each class. One class will usually take about 45-60 minutes. There are two classes per day, which is from Monday to Friday. For weekends, there will be no class provided. The first class begins at 5.30 until 6.30pm and second class at 6.30 to 7.30pm. The classes consist of Yoga for beginner and multilevel, Zumba & Salsa for fun dancing while exercising, FitStarter for beginner, Fitcore for training your abs, FitABT and sometimes there is a secret training class where it’s more like HIIT cardio.

This is another class room, usually me and my friends would train our abs and do skipping exercise here since it’s free to use for anyone.

This is the another side of the room which provide some equipments like treadmills, exercise bikes, etc. These equipments are the most tiring ones as it burn calories the fastest.
